Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI Business Analysis & Planning and Networks. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring seamless integration of AI technologies and driving business strategies. The work model is hybrid with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead technical projects and ensure successful implementation of Generative AI solutions.Oversee the integration of AI technologies into existing network systems.Provide strategic business analysis and planning to drive company objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI and network systems.Conduct regular assessments of network performance and implement improvements.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI and network technologies.Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills.Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.Analyze and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and network technologies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.
