Teamcenter Technical Lead/ PM

Job Description:

As the Teamcenter Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, leadership, and guidance in the implementation, customization, and optimization of Teamcenter solutions . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

Responsibilities:

Lead the technical implementation of Teamcenter solutions, including installation, configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs and specifications.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers and engineers throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and maintain customizations, extensions, and integrations using Teamcenter APIs, ITK, SOA, and other relevant technologies.

Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure the stability, scalability, and reliability of Teamcenter environments.

Define and enforce best practices, standards, and methodologies for Teamcenter development and deployment.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience (5+ years) in implementing and customizing Teamcenter solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

Strong technical expertise in Teamcenter architecture, data modeling, customization, and integration.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or C#.

Experience with Teamcenter modules such as CAD integration, workflow, change management, and BOM management.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Certification in Siemens Teamcenter administration or development is a plus.
