Job Position: Teamcenter Developer

Job Type: -Contract to Hire (C2H)

Location: Noida/Gurgaon/Hyderabad/ Bangalore/Pune

Experience: 4+ to 10+ Years

Work Mode: 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions within the Siemens Teamcenter PLM platform.
• Customize and configure Teamcenter modules (e.g., Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, Stylesheet Configuration , Change Management, BMIDE ).
• Integration development using T4EA/T4S and pipeline designer.
• Data migration and bulk loader.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Teamcenter and other enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, CAD systems).
• Perform system administration and support activities including user management, data migration, and performance tuning.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user tickets in a timely manner.
• Work with cross-functional teams including product design, engineering, and IT to optimize PLM workflows.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Siemens Teamcenter development.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, BMIDE, ITK, RAC, SOA, and AWC customization.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, XML, and scripting (e.g., Perl, Shell, Python).
• Experience with PLM-CAD integrations (NX, SolidWorks, CATIA) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Teamcenter Unified Architecture and Active Workspace.
• Experience in data migration, Teamcenter upgrades, and deployment.
• Good understanding of PLM processes (BOM Management, Change Management, Document Management).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Teamcenter Certification is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
