Lead and support end-to-end Teamcenter PLM implementations across CPG product lines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and use cases.
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to optimize PLM processes.
Conduct business process mapping, identify gaps, and propose improvements aligned with industry standards.
Support Teamcenter integrations with CAD tools (NX, SolidWorks, etc.) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Manage BOM (EBOM/MBOM), workflow configurations, and change management processes.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot PLM-related issues.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards relevant to CPG.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong functional expertise in Teamcenter modules: Workflow Designer, Structure Manager, Change Manager, Classification, Access Manager, etc.
Experience with Teamcenter versions preferably TC 14+ and above
Deep understanding of Teamcenter data model, 2-tier/4-tier architecture, and Active Workspace (AWC).
Hands-on experience with CAD integrations and Product configuration.
Familiarity with CPG product lifecycle, packaging development, and supplier collaboration.
Proficiency in SQL Server or other relational databases.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Teamcenter certification is a plus.
Dev Practices: Git, CI/CD, code reviews, automated testing, secure coding, and documentation.
Platforms: Windows server administration basics, Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical problem-solving, and ability to work in agile teams
