General Background
● 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing Operations (Content / Campaign Management / Optimization)
● Have experience in end to end Digital Campaign Management
● Have worked within the Programmatic Media ecosystem
● Experience working in an external client facing environment
● Strong verbal and written communication skills (C1 Level English) with top tier Multitasking and Analytical skills
● Experience in working on digital marketing products like Google AdWords, DBM and Google Analytics (PPC ROI tracking) with knowledge of online advertising models (Search, Display, Mobile, Video) and revenue models (like Pay per click, Cost Per (Thousand) Impressions, Cost Per View and/or Cost Per Acquisition)
● Expected to work independently with high levels of attention to detail;
● Proactively communicate issues and seek inputs for solutions;
● Average excel skills (vlookups, string functions, logical functions & pivot tables).
● Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
Programmatic Media Background:
● Knowledge on digital programmatic buying with hands-on experience using demand-side platforms for large-scale clients for a minimum of 2+ years.
● Preferred background with using different DSPs.
● Experience on integrations between programmatic platforms/sales and ad serving systems
Account Management Background:
● Deep understanding of digital sales methodologies with a consultative approach.
● Proven track record of success in managing complex Digital Ads campaign
Role and Responsibilities:
● Understand clients advertising opportunities and tools to help build relevant advertising solutions for our advertisers and deliver the highest level of support and customer experience
● Ability to identify agency pain points and translate them into actionable advertising solutions.
● Support new accounts during their onboarding by building their Ads campaigns to meet their growth and business objectives
● Utilize CRM tools to track all pertinent account information as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve targets
● Implement different strategies to meet agency goals.
● Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports to company management.
● VOC capture and analysis: Actively solicit stakeholder feedback, document concerns and suggestions, and utilize learnings to refine strategies
