Job Description
Regular monitoring of assigned portfolio post disbursement. Key activities are as follows
- Monthly Sales MIS analysis and tracking milestones of sales, construction, collections
- Conducting regular site visits
- Tracking the various covenants and deviations
- Updating deal performance on Quarterly basis with regards to Early Warning Signals.
- Conducting regular review meetings for senior management so that all are aware of key issues in portfolio
- Maintaining escrow details of various security projects
- Undertaking of due diligence for issuance of end customer NOCs.
