Below are the JD/role details:

1. Managing outbound calling vendor data upload, ID management, service requests & reports.
2. Coordinating with vendor, IT, ops and other departments for various daily activities or escalations.
3. Ensure RCA and DNC mails are reverted and actioned within TAT.
4. Managing Card Sales escalations and ensuring customer requests are handled within TAT.
5. Supporting data management & lead booking.
6. Conducting regular audits and publishing reports for activities.
7. Ensuring all outbound processes are documented & reviewed timely.
8. Ensuring all reports are published timely and accurately.
9. All other activities related to managing OB channel & related activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Minimum 3 to 5 years’ MIS & excel experience required
2. CC Sales, Team handling and coordinating experience will be an advantage
3. Knowledge of outbound calling function & call centres will be an advantage.
4. Graduate & above 
5. Knowledge of MS SQL/MY SQL queries would be an advantage
6. Good written and spoken communication in English
