This is an Internal document. Compliance Auditor Job Responsibilities: The Compliance Audit function participates in the Risk assessment for the product, vendor & processes that are under Audit. The motive is to drive the audit functions and executing the Audit area with in the stipulated budget frame. The SPOC will work upon Process Improvement, bringing out irregularities basis RBI guidelines and finalise the audit report. Key Responsibilities: • Manages and enforces an effective legal/ Product and agreement compliance program that is in line with product and bank wide. • Vendor on boarding, risk assessment and audit • Expands and reviews of outsourced vendors and timely submission of vendor reports to internal department. • Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing internal product Audit • Completes audit and recommendations by documenting audit findings. • Recommends the management team on the current product compliance with laws and regulations through elaborated reports. • Timely submission of synopsis of the audit reports (for the areas audited during the period). • Ensures compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analysing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation; and recommending opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure. • Verifies the ongoing process against updated guidelines • Monitoring of critical process to assess if guidelines are being adhered to. Role Proficiencies:  Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and processes.  Good communication (both verbal and written) and inter personal skills  Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment  Ability to manage multiple task/ projects and deadlines simultaneously. Qualifications and Skills: Optimal qualification for success on the job is: • CA with additional professional qualification such as MBA. • 2—5 Years of relevant work experience.
