Kotak Mahindra Bank Job Title: Treasury Mid-Office, Mumbai Designation: Manager Overview of Functions  Treasury P&L calculation, reconciliations, and management reporting.  Monitoring and reporting of Market Risk Limits.  Counterparty exposure monitoring.  Performing pricing policy checks and Rate Scan.  Market Risk Capital Charge Computation.  Regulatory Reporting for Market Risk including RBS, QCCP etc.  Preparation of Risk Notes for the ALCO and Board.  Asset-Liability Management (ALM) reporting. Responsibilities  Ensure accuracy in all monitoring and reporting with zero errors.  Implement thorough checks and controls, and drive automation to eliminate manual interventions.  Ensure timeliness in reporting with a focus on real-time data integration.  Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.  Liaise with internal, statutory, and concurrent auditors to meet all requirements. Candidate Requirements  CA or MBA from a reputed institute.  Strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of VBA, Python, and SQL is an advantage.  Ability to maintain professional relationships with departments including Treasury Front & Back Office, Compliance, Internal Audit and other related functions.
