Team Member - Unit planning

Responsibilities:

·       Work closely with shop floor team in implementation of planned processes & improvements in line with QCDS targets

·       Adherence to time & cost budgets

·       Process documentation & updation

·       Suggesting & implementing continual improvements in processes

·       Utilization & creation of manufacturing capacity at plants with head room for demand spurts:

·       Identify potential risks and create & update active risk mitigation plan   

·       Manufacturing capability for new product introduction:

·       Evolve & present production engineered design changes for bus body building.

·       Review and improve manufacturing processes ensuring zero ecological and personnel harm

·       Continually improve EEI & HIRA indices for ease and safety of set and new processes

Digital Initiatives: 

·       Adopt best practices,design & implement digitized tools ensuring  defect prevention at each value addition stage

·       Exposure to good management practices.
