Education Qualification: Post-Graduate / MBA Operations/ Finance, Graduate with relevant work experience shall also suffice

Work Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred

Key Skills: Proficient in advanced MS excel /MS word / MS ppt / Power BI / Python/VBA.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Fulfilling Bank/ Pool buyer data requirements along with query resolutions for new funding proposals throughout the course of sanction process in the most efficient and timely manner possible
Pool selection and filtering for securitization & stressed asset sale to Banks, Fis, etc. Working with multiple departments for internal checks along with maintaining a deal-level track of the pools under discussion.
Post sanction: Co-ordinating with Legal/ Compliance and all other internal and external stakeholders to obtain required approvals to go ahead with the document execution.
Post disbursement: As per the due dates/ timelines stipulated and agreed with the lender/ pool buyer & also fulfilling all regulatory requirements
Preparing and validating remittance reports of various active DA/ Securitization pools and Stressed Sale Pool. Timely submission of such reports to various buyers of pools.
Candidate should be aware of the Master Directions of RBI relating to securitization/ transfer of loans/ pool sale to ARCs and shall stay updated from time to time
Handling internal/ external audit requirements by working closely with the relevant teams & facilitate the due diligence exercise.
Assisting in ad-hoc requirements pertaining to management reports, board/ ALCO meetings, bank borrowing proposals, data decks for investor presentations, etc.
