Shift Timings: Should be open to work on any shifts (including Night Shifts) as per business and client requirements.
Education:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3 Commerce or Finance Graduates)
- Commerce or Finance Degrees (BCom, BBA Fin, MBA Fin, etc.)

Role:
• Responsible for Preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation for complex entities and review other team members’ work.
• Prepare and review the Transfer Pricing Workpapers and related activities.
• Provide support to any Transfer Pricing Documentation and Audit related queries.
• Update/ review intercompany agreements.
• Oversee and monitor Transfer Pricing Documentation activities performed.
• Ensure compliance with the priorities/ deadlines set by the Corporate Team members and Geo-zone Controllers.
• Interact with customer for any approvals required.
• Develop and maintain partner relationship, co-ordinate with various team.
• Mentor/support/train the team members.
Primary Duties:
• Manage end to end delivery of all Transfer Pricing related processes.
• Identify day-to-day issues and resolve in consultation with the customer.
• Ensure all relevant controls are in place with respect to day-to-day activities.
• Arrange for periodic trainings to the staff to be aware of the changes in the policies and procedures as well as customer specific changes.
Secondary Duties:
• Cultivate and maintain relations with all levels within BPO Operations to develop and drive Quality business operations.
• Develop strategic relations with customer and identify future opportunities.
• Work towards team building and achieving high productivity and accountability.
Required Education and Experience:
• Postgraduate in Finance or Economics.
• 6 – 10 years of experience within Global Transfer Pricing.
• Ability to mentor and manage a team of 5 - 7 associates.
• Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
• High energy, self-motivation with a high degree of accountability.
• Proficiency in Oral and written communications skills in English.
