Team Member -Supplier Quality

Job Purpose:

Implementing Quality assurance process at supplier end, conducting supplier audits and collaborating with suppliers to address quality issues. Ensure suppliers to supply right quality materials and in case of concerns necessary corrective and preventive action taken at supplier end to avoid reoccurrence.

Main Accountability:

1.        Support Lead SQ to evaluate and approve potential suppliers based on quality performance

2.        Audit and assement to ensure compliance of suppliers for the quality standards

3.        Quality Issue resolution and ensure CA & PA from suppliers for the issue.

4.        Follow up and ensure implementation of improvement at supplier end for Supplier evaluation audit points.

5.        Supplier training based on their performance and requirement.

6.        Follow up and ensure availability of updated drawing /Lab manual with specification detail for the material supplied.

7.        Commuinication and reporting stakeholders –Suppliers and SSC team on monthly performance.

8.        Organize meeting with suppliers for routine issue and ensure resolution with CAPA

9.        Problem solving on critical issue through JDI/BPS approach

10.     Coordinate with suppliers and SSC for New source /Part development

11.     To prepare and update supplier quality manual

12.     Analyse past performance and deploy supplier development plan for poor performers

13.     Monitor and control conditional acceptance and rejection to improve Direct acceptance level of Raw material Suppliers

14.     Monitor and increase Zero CA/Rejection/CPI supplier base.
