Team Member - Sales Training

·         Responsible for developing Instructionally designed sales training content and delivering the same accurately as a package and on-time.

·         Design and develop Training contents to Train AL Sales Team and Dealer Sales Team on product, process and soft skills

·         To develop digital learning contents  &to  handle LMS portal for dealer sales team

·         Design & Develop Training Program for sales  function across M&HCV .

·         Develop Product, process and Soft skills training modules

·         Responsible for developing high quality training materials using various tools such as Power Point, Videos, eLearning, Case studies etc.

·         Responsible for collaborating with various stake holders in the organization such as Vertical/PMG/PD for gathering data and inputs.

·         Liaison with Subject matter experts for data validation and authentication.

·         Interacting with the field team & delivery team to understand the training requirements at the source

·         Organise TTT to FSDM and Trainers on the modules developed along with PMG / Vertical Teams for Products

·         Deliver TTT (Train-The-Trainer) for all the internally developed module and ensure trainer confidence for the same.

·         Work closely with cross fucnctional teams such as Service, after market to update the training modules

·         Responsible for developing New Product / process training content in collaboration with PMG/Vertical/PRISM team

·         Develop refersher training contents

·         Frequent updation of all the existing modules with new product / process additions, deletions and product changes and maintaining a repository of the same

·         Responsible for interacting with various learning partners/vendors for developing the training modules.

·         Actively get involved in developing solution for transmitting new technology across the entire sales team (e.g.: BSVI)

·         Develop E-Learning modules within the allocated budget & timeline

·         Prepare questionnaire for periodical quizzes.

·         Conducting quiz
