Roles & Responsibilities :
- Retain LAP customers by visiting customers and solving their problems
- Offer suitable rate for customer retention
- End to End management of service requests
- Manage time closure of service requests by solving customer issues
- Act as primary point of contact between customer and sales team for customer retention
- Responsible for targets achievement
Knowledge & Skills required :
- Min. graduate in any stream
- Effective communication skills
- Regional language : Marathi
- Basic excel knowledge
