Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Retain LAP customers by visiting customers and solving their problems
  • Offer suitable rate for customer retention
  • End to End management of service requests
  • Manage time closure of service requests by solving customer issues
  • Act as primary point of contact between customer and sales team for customer retention
  • Responsible for targets achievement

 

Knowledge & Skills required :

  • Min. graduate in any stream
  • Effective communication skills
  • Regional language : Marathi
  • Basic excel knowledge
