Team Member - Payroll - Finance

Job Purpose:

Responsible Payroll & Retiral activities

1. Review and process of daily Financial Transactions
2. Control on daily activity tracker
3. MIS and daily Reporting of transaction for each activity
4. Data Accuracy and time management is key for this role

Actionable (4-6)

Inputter for Day-to-Day Transaction:

• Review of daily activities as per tracker
• transactions review in line with Policy and prescribed SOPs of department
• Validate authenticity of transactions

Giving financial effects as inputter in system

GL Reconciliation with Base files:

• Daily reconciliation of transaction with base and final system
• Reviewing Control GLs and transitory accounts
• Reconciliation of GLs with base system

Administrative, Compliance & Personal Efficiency:

• Ensure all laid down system and process guidelines as stipulated by Audit and Senior Management are followed
• Ensure self-discipline (Late Login, Unscheduled Offs)
• Adherence to Banks policies /guidelines
• Back up Responsibilities
• Ensure role of back up
• Ensure leave planning and backups
