Team Member - Maintenance

Job Purpose: :

Specific skills of Mechanical for Foundry Maintenance. Handling Auto line, Foundry Equipment & Shift activities required skill and knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Should have sound knowledge to understand the Hydraulic Circuit diagram / Machine Drawings  

> Able to identify the Components & Equipments in Machines & peripherals for High pressure moulding line..                                                                                                                                                             > Able to identify & report abnormalities in his workspot During Breakdown maintenance

> Able to Rectify the Breakdowns independently with proper root cause analysis  and as per instructions. 

> Sound Knowledge on Hydraulic Cylinders , Sand Plant System,Melting Equipment, Core Shop Equipment and Fettling Equipment. 

> To ensure safety of people / equipements

> Able to anlayse and trouble shoot the breakdown with proper why why analysis and RCA.

> Able to maintain better house keeping in his workspot & in Section

> Able to Maintain Tools & Instruments in good Condition. 

> Able to highlight nature of non conformance in the M/cs & Equipments During Preventive Maintenance.

> Able to prepare and provide MIS and PPT on time.

> Able to maintain IATF records without gap. 

Skills & Knowledge:

To have sound knowledge on moulding line SCADA operation,  Machines  trouble shooting and diagnosis. 

> To  have Sound  knowledge on Servo Valves, Proportional Valves, DC and cylinders.

> To have good knowledge on Spares management, Communication and Presentation skill.

> To have good knowledge on Utility equipments (DG, Compressors, Cooling tower, Heat Exchanger, , EOT Crane,  etc)

> Hands on experience on problem solving and APS / BPS techniques.
