Job Description
Purpose : Lead execution of campaigns to ensure superior campaign management and provide analytics to strengthen our digital marketing initiatives.
Principal Accountabilities
- Market Intelligence and Marketing Strategy - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Regularly review market research reports, participate in industry conferences, and engage in professional networking to gather insights.
- Product Development & Product Marketing - Implement lead generation campaigns and strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants for real estate properties, leveraging digital channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing. Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and virtual tours, to showcase real estate properties, highlight unique features, and provide valuable information to potential buyers or tenants. Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote property listings, and engage with prospects throughout the buyer's journey, leveraging segmentation, personalization, and automation to drive conversions and sales. Implement corrections based on insights and campaign performance for digital marketing.
- Presales Leadership - Support the creation of digital sales collateral, such as presentations, brochures, and product guides, to assist the sales team in their presales efforts. Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and prospects, including creating email templates, scheduling email sends, and tracking campaign performance. Assist in monitoring and analyzing digital marketing campaign performance, including tracking key metrics such as website traffic, lead conversion rates, and email open rates, to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Media Planning & Execution - Execute media planning objectives defined for digital marketing, ensuring alignment with brand awareness and lead generation goals. Implement budget allocations and optimizations as directed, aiming to maximize ROI across digital channels. Research and recommend effective online media channels based on target audience analysis, contributing to strategic decision-making. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
