Job Description
Strong hold on Industry, financial & credit principles
Good verbal, written communication & presentation skills
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes for Structured Finance transactions
Responsible for Credit underwriting, analysis/due diligence for deals, preparation of cash flow model and analysis
Performing industry & market research along with competitive analysis for assessment.
Conducting unit/factory visits and submit inspection reports.
Discuss with business on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments
Submitting Monthly Monitoring Reports to the Top Management
Identification of Early Signs of Stress and devising account strategy
Recommending and implementing corrective actions w.r.t. non-compliances of T&Cs
