Job Description
| Assisting Head of CSR in day to day CSR activities and in particular but not limited to: |
| ü Identification of CSR projects in line with CSR Policy of the Company and finding appropriate Implementing Agency (IA) for implementation part |
| ü Conducting meetings with CSR project in charge/trustees/representatives etc. |
| ü Preparing project documents for Direct implementation projects in line with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 and Policy of the Company |
| ü Due diligence of the CSR project/IA before onboarding |
| ü Follow ups on documentation part (Compliance perspective) |
| ü Preparing & maintaining document for Releasing payments to Implementing Agencies and obtaining challans/35 AC/80G |
| ü First level Monitoring Implementation status of all CSR Projects – regular interaction with the NGOs to get monthly/quarterly data, project progress update, fund utilization |
| ü Arrange for monthly/quarterly reviews with the NGOs |
| ü On site inspection / monitoring of CSR Project of the Company and field visits |
| ü Maintaining records of documentation for CSR projects – Budget, DD Docs, payment release, receipts docs, project reports, fund utilization reports, MIS etc. |
| ü Tracking Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for latest updates in CSR area and maintaining CSR Policy updated |
| ü Preparation of necessary docs for CSR Audit (Statutory Auditors, Secretarial Auditors & Internal Auditors) |
| ü Maintain coordination with various internal deptts for CSR related work – getting relevant data whenever required |
| ü Assisting in preparing annual reports, case studies, write ups, CSR website content and any other relevant details |
| ü Assist in various Group level & Company level CSR volunteering activities |
