Job Description

Vendor On boarding Management

Knowledge of Outsourcing requirements of RBI.
Experience in Vendor management/ outsourcing Management.
Handle team of 5 to 7 people.
Responsible for getting preliminary check done for new vendor/ renewal case.
Ensure that all clauses related to outsourcing/ material outsourcing are mentioned in the agreement.
Ensure that internal process of vendor on boarding is followed and modified as and when required.
Support in the automation project of vendor on boarding.
Liaison with the central ORM team for vendor management.
Provide training to business SPOCs on the outsourcing requirements.
Maintaining internal MIS for the vendors status.
Preferably from Bank
Good communication skills and hands on MS Excel.
8 to 10 years of experience
