Team Member - Branch Ops

1. Responsible for pay-in & pay-out shortage and to follow up with branches / franchisees & rectification for securities which are wrongly transferred
2. Responsible for updating the shortage details in the system & check  intra settlement status
3. Responsible for ensuring clients receive delivery instruction slip book & follow up with branches/ franchisees
4. Responsible for handling off market shares received & ensure it is intimated to the branches/ franchisees for DP proof  & follow up for the same with risk team
5. Responsible for timely resolution of queries of branches/ franchisees/ clients on mails, ECRM, telephone calls
6. To follow up for any pending issues relating to fax, scan, DP problem etc. & coordinating the same with franchisees
7. Responsible for training & educating newly inducted franchisees and their staff  regarding the working of the organization & use of systems
8. Should coordinate with DP department for normal market transfers or rejections or any other client related details
9. Should ensure DP account mapping after provision of all adequate documents & details
10. To coordinate with settlements team for effecting corporate action to eligible clients
11. Responsible for escalation of high value shortages & salvage auction through internal position
12. To keep a track on transaction of physical shares

Skills

1. Graduate / Post graduate with 1 – 3 yrs experience
2. Should have good communication & presentation skills
3. Should be a self-starter, proactive
4. Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills
