Key Deliverables

· Create a world class NR liability for Kotak Mahindra Bank to take care of the 
  funding requirements and ensure customer “DELIGHT

· Responsible for Enhancement of Deposit pool from Customers.

· Establishing standards and delivery of service

· Sale of non-deposit products and Cross selling targets progressively

· Sale of MF and Insurance products 

· Fee Income and Regulatory Compliance

Desired Candidate Profile

• Passionate candidates with excellent English communication skills and 
  interest to work in telesales profile can apply. (Only male candidates comfortable with night shifts must apply)
• Candidates residing in western line of Mumbai will be preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills & willingness to work in night 
  shifts is mandatory.
• Fresher's with Excellent English communication skills and Zeal to do sales 
  are welcome to apply.

Qualification, Experience & Age Criteria: 

• Graduation qualification in any stream is a must | 1-5 Years of experience 
  in BFSI sales or any Outbound sales roles will be preferred.
• Only Male candidates must apply as this role involves night shifts.
  Age Criteria : Maximum 32 Years of age.
