Overview: The Team Manager role is focused on maximizing the advertising revenue across all formats. This position involves collaborating with various operational departments to build profitable, long-term relationships with agencies and advertisers. Additionally, thé manager leads a team to ensure exceptional representation and pitching to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee all forms of digital advertising revenue generation.
· Collaborate with operations departments to construct profitable long-term relationships with agencies and advertisers.
· Help define and thoughtfully articulate all digital & linear ad opportunities available.
· Supervise the selling and administration of relevant ad products.
· Lead and develop a team of Leads, Executives, and Assistants.
· Supervise all sales output from the team.
· Ensure sales proposals are of the highest quality and maximize investment from agencies.
· Provide genuine insight into the overall sales strategy.
· Contribute to the day-to-day sales output.
Qualifications:
· Any bachelor’s degree.
· Proven experience in digital and linear advertising sales.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams.
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of digital ad products and market trends.
