Job Description

• Investigate the complaints received and reply to the client or the regulators/clients as the case may be

• Liaise with exchange on matters pertaining to the customer complaints forwarded by the exchange

• Attend the Investor grievance redressal meetings called by Exchange

• Managing various Monthly Regulatory reportings within the Regulatory Deadlines.

• Co-ordinate within the company with different departments, to address / resolve the grievances of the clients

• Give continuous feedback to all departments on steps to be taken to reduce complaints
