Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager-Fin Ops with 10 to 14 years of experience in Finance & Ops (MSD365 F&O). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and statutory reporting preparing financial statements and record to report accounting. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive financial operations and ensure accurate reporting.
Responsibilities
Lead the financial operations team to ensure efficient and accurate financial processes.Oversee the implementation and maintenance of MSD365 F&O systems.Provide guidance and support to team members on financial operations and reporting.Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.Manage the record to report accounting process ensuring timely and accurate reporting.Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls.Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on financial performance.Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts ensuring alignment with company goals.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the financial operations team.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment promoting professional development.
Qualifications

Certifications Required
