Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Manager for our B&L division. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience with strong technical skills in MS Excel. Experience in Post Close Function and Loan Processing is a plus. This role requires working from the office during night shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing team operations and ensuring efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance and productivity.Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and make data-driven decisions.Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.Monitor team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress challenges and opportunities.Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team promptly.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Communicate effectively with senior management and provide regular updates on team performance.Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel.Have experience in Post Close Function and Loan Processing (nice to have).Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management abilities.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Show proficiency in data analysis and report generation.Display effective communication and interpersonal skills.Have a proven track record of achieving targets and driving team performance.Be able to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Exhibit a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.Possess the ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Show a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
