Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Team Manager – Sales & Marketing Operations with 4-8 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of linear and digital marketing, be proficient in pre-sales support, and possess excellent PowerPoint, articulation, and data analysis skills. This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, process optimization, and strategic execution to enhance business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Operations Management:
• Oversee and streamline sales and marketing operations to drive efficiency and performance.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and business teams to ensure alignment of strategies.
• Support demand generation, lead management, and sales funnel optimization.
Pre-Sales Support:
• Assist in creating compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business development efforts.
• Collaborate with sales teams to prepare data-driven insights for client meetings.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
• Ensure seamless execution of linear (traditional) and digital marketing campaigns.
• Provide operational support for campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing efficiency and ROI.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to generate actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership teams to track performance and KPIs.
• Use tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
Process Improvement & Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in sales and marketing operations and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
• Support leadership in strategy planning and execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 4-8 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or business analytics.
• Strong understanding of linear (TV, radio, print) and digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic advertising, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in pre-sales activities, proposal creation, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent PowerPoint and storytelling skills for creating impactful presentations.
• Strong data analysis skills using tools like Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, or SQL.
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for business growth.
• Strong communication, articulation, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, etc.).
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Digital Marketing, or Business Analytics.
