Job Summary
This role supports and manages large-scale advertisers using Google Ads for high-revenue campaigns. The Specialist acts as a strategic partner to AMs/AEs driving incremental revenue product adoption and growth through automated opportunity identification. They should understand customer journeys assess advertiser maturity and collaborate with teams like Product Enablement Automation and Reporting to deliver solutions and elevate performance.

Works in a non-SOP based ambiguous open-ended environment to provide tailored client-centric solutions aligned with MO/client-context to the customers (advertisers/agencies)
Acts as the strategic partners for sellers/advertisers/agencies to enable them with optimizations implementations and activations
Exhibits strong business acumen to see the bigger picture gain insights into customer journeys understand the digital maturity relevant growth levers & incrementality needs by going above and beyond standard approaches
Narrates a story discuss/suggest the way forward incremental opportunities improvement areas to the customers OR Assists AMs with the same
Remains on top of industry trends and ready to be upskilled by collaborating with Product Enablement team
Manages cross-functional stakeholders to get the solutions delivered relevantly and efficiently
Has the Willingness to learn/exposure to machine learning and appscript
Articulates the customer needs effectively to the agents and other support teams like Quality etc.
Empowers to deviate from SOPs and share improvement opportunities with the product enablement team (Practice) for better client servicing
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the AI-powered Google Ads campaigns Google Analytics Measurement framework (sitewide tagging 1P powered durable conversion tracking etc.)
Pitches/Demonstrated the solutions and handles queries from the customersIs able to learn GMP products as and when needed
Maintain operations rigor around daily huddles knowledge management. Cross training etc.
Sets up data-visualization figures out large data-sets extractions uses Analytics for insights etc.
Requirements
BS/B. Tech from (preferably from) Tier 1-2 or Tier-3
5-7 years of experience in Tech-Infused Digital Marketing & Customer Servicing experience
At least (most recent) 3 years hands-on of experience in Google Ads (full-funnel including AI-powered campaigns is preferred) and Google Analytics
Experience in Google Marketing Platforms is preferred
Cross-functional stakeholder management
Problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communications and presentation skills
Data visualization using Looker Studio/Power-BI etc.
Knowledge of SQL workflow writing and optimizations to pull large datasets etc. would be good to have
