Job Description – Instructional Designer / Content Developer

Role Description:
· Training professional responsible, in coordination with Instructional Design Lead, for creation of training media for instructor-led or e-learning.
· Assists with development of LOB-level curriculum.
· Helps manage training assets.
· Responsible for adhering to deadlines agreed on with the Design Lead
· Assists training facilitators with creating, coordinating, and managing assessments related to training delivery.
· Demonstrated experience developing engaging and effective e-learning media.
Qualifications:
· BA/BS in instructional technology or related field, or related technical discipline
· Overall, 7 years of experience in which 4+ years experienced developing e-learning with a leading e-learning learning tool (Captivate, Camista Studio, Storyline 360 or comparable)
· at least 3 years developing virtual and instructor-led training materials.
· Experience with adult learning methodologies.
· Exceptional computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
· Ability to write clear concise explanations of complex concepts and engaging course content for a diverse audience of professionals.
· Demonstrated ability to design effective training for in classroom, VILT, or e-learning for the adult learner preferred.
· Ability to conduct research, collaborating with subject matter experts and gathering and interpreting relevant data.
