Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead-R2R with 6 to 9 years of experience in Finance-Record to Report (GL). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance with the ability to manage and oversee the R2R process. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work in a rotational shift model from the office.
Responsibilities
Lead the R2R team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Oversee the general ledger accounting process and ensure compliance with company policies.Provide guidance and support to team members on complex accounting issues.Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.Prepare and review financial statements and reports for management.Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address any financial concerns.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in Finance-Record to Report (GL).Nice to have experience in Record to Report-Accounting Finance & Accounting.Must possess excellent English language skills (Read/Write Speak).Must have the ability to work in a rotational shift model.Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Must have proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.Must have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.Must have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.Must have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Certifications Required
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
