Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Finance Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare and submit regulatory/compliance insurance statistical and data calls. The ideal candidate will possess basic finance acumen and can mine through data across multiple systems and platforms to ensure timely and accurate reporting, thereby preventing fines and penalties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit regulatory/compliance insurance statistical and data calls.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory bodies to avoid fines and penalties.
- Mine and analyze data across multiple systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data and information.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory data requirements and changes.
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for compliance reporting.
- Provide support in other finance-related tasks as required.
- Focus on process improvements during cyclical downtime periods.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Basic finance acumen and understanding of regulatory compliance in the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in data mining and analysis across multiple systems/platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
