Role Description
This full-time, on-site Team Leader - Telesales role is based in Mumbai. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and motivating the telesales team to achieve sales targets, leading customer service efforts, and ensuring high-quality interactions with clients. Daily responsibilities include setting performance goals, monitoring team progress, providing actionable feedback, building strong customer relationships, and reporting on team performance to senior management. The role requires leadership skills and a results-driven approach to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to maintain excellent rapport with clients.
- Proven ability in Team Management and Team Leadership to drive performance and team motivation.
- Experience in Telesales and Sales with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
- Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a leadership role within sales or customer service is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
