Job Description for Team Leader-Sourcing

• Oversee daily inbound operations (GRN, Repair and Returns) and ensure efficiency and productivity of manpower
• Manage and coordinate the receipt from vendors & factories and storage and Publish operational score cards.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals and assign team members on daily rotational departments.
• Implement and maintain Inward and GRN control procedures.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures including rack storage, Put away and picking.
• Implement the reconciliation procedures and tally of inventory with high responsibility.
• Handling audit queries and responses.
• Manage budgets and control operational costs.
• Analyse data and generate reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Should be good in excel and systems.
