Role Summary
Lead day-to-day Tech Ops across Data Operations, Power BI Reporting, and Field Alerts , ensuring reliable, timely, and high-quality delivery while managing a cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations: Databricks jobs, Power BI refreshes, data validations, and alert delivery
- Monitor pipelines, resolve issues, and drive automation/process improvements
- Lead and mentor data engineers, analysts, and ops specialists; manage SLAs and stand-ups
- Manage Power BI publishing, access, and coordination with business teams
- Handle Field Alerts operations (rule-based & ML), ensuring accurate and on-time delivery
- Act as primary escalation point; support operational reporting and dashboards
Required Experience & Skills
- 610 years total experience; 2+ years in team leadership/Tech Ops
- Pharma/Life Sciences experience preferred
- Strong in Databricks, Power BI, SQL , and operational troubleshooting
- Experience with SLA-driven delivery, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination
