Job Description

This is a hardcore domestic tele-sales role with strict hourly targets. Please apply only if you have experience managing ground-level Indian telecallers.
Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Experience: 3-5 years (Domestic Telecalling / Subscription / Fintech / BFSI / Edtech preferred)
Team Size: 20 currently scaling to 4050
Salary: 30,000 40,000 (Fixed)
Incentives: Performance-linked (Team Achievement Based)

Role Overview
We are hiring a hands-on, aggressive Team Leader who can control, push, monitor, and deliver daily sales numbers from a domestic telecalling team selling low-ticket subscription plans to Tier-2 & Tier-3 customers.
This role is not suitable for candidates from international sales / corporate BPO environments.
We need a street-smart executor, not a presentation manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Team & Target Management
Handle 1550 in-house telecallers
Assign hourly, daily & monthly targets
Ensure minimum hourly productivity (e.g. 4 paid subscriptions/hour/agent)
Track real-time performance and take immediate action if numbers drop
Strict Monitoring & Discipline:
Monitor call logs, talk time, and conversion
Ensure no idle time, no distractions
Maintain punctuality, attendance & break discipline
Correct, warn, or escalate underperformers when required
Sales Execution:
Drive daily paid subscription targets
Ensure correct commitment & pitch
Reduce wrong promises, refunds & customer escalations
Personally take calls if required to push numbers
Coaching & Control:
Train agents on: Correct pitch, Objection handling,
Trial-to-paid conversion
Do floor-level supervision, not desk management
Daily huddle + hourly check-ins
Reporting:
Maintain: Hourly conversion report, Daily sales MIS
Team vs individual performance
Share clear numbers with management daily
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience as:
Team Leader / Floor Supervisor / Senior Telecaller (Domestic)
Experience handling blue-collar / semi-skilled / Tier-2 & Tier-3 customers
Experience managing hard targets & low-ticket sales
Strong command over Hindi / Marathi (English basic is sufficient)

Rejections
Continuous follow-ups
Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
What We Are NOT Looking For :
International sales / US/UK process
Large BPO TLs managing 6070 people only on reports
Over-polished, corporate-style managers
Candidates unwilling to enforce discipline
Working Days & Timings:
7 days working ( Roaster Model )
9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday working mandatory
Performance Expectations:
Team must consistently achieve 3040 paid subscriptions/agent/day
Immediate action on low performers
