Salary: 30,000 45,000 Fixed + High Incentives on Team Delivered Revenue

We are building a disciplined and result-focused sales environment where data, systems, and team leadership drive revenue.

We are looking for an experienced Hindi Telesales Team Leader who understands COD sales funnels, lead conversion dynamics, and delivery-driven revenue models.


Role Overview

The Team Leader will manage a team of 1215 Hindi telesales agents and will be responsible for driving conversion rates, AOV improvement, delivery performance, and daily revenue targets.

This is a hands-on floor leadership role requiring strong control over team productivity, call quality, and sales performance.


Key Responsibilities

Team Management

  • Lead and manage a team of 1215 telesales agents
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and coach agents to improve results
  • Conduct floor briefings, call reviews, and performance feedback sessions
  • Maintain discipline, attendance control, and productivity on the sales floor

Sales Performance

  • Improve Lead Order Conversion Rate
  • Maintain strong Average Order Value (AOV)
  • Ensure healthy Delivery Rate % on confirmed orders
  • Drive team revenue through structured daily targets

Process & Systems

  • Monitor agent performance through Tatatele Dialler and CRM
  • Track talk-time, call quality, and order confirmations
  • Maintain reporting discipline through internal systems including Keka
  • Ensure strict adherence to sales scripts, compliance, and process guidelines

Training & Quality Control

  • Conduct regular call listening and feedback
  • Train agents on objection handling, product pitching, and upselling
  • Identify low performers and run improvement plans


Required Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who have real experience running telesales floors, not just supervisory titles.


Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Team Leader in telesales sales process
  • Experience in Ayurvedic / Herbal / Health Supplement telesales
  • Proven ability to manage conversion-based sales teams
  • Strong understanding of COD order lifecycle and delivery metrics
  • Comfortable managing teams handling high daily lead volumes

Preferred Background

  • Experience handling health supplement sales campaigns
  • Exposure to lead generation sales funnels
  • Ability to manage revenue targets and performance metrics


Work Details

Location: Moti Nagar, Delhi

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Work Days: 6 Days a Week

Week Off: Rotational


Compensation

Fixed Salary: 30,000 45,000 (based on experience)

Incentives: Performance-based incentives linked with team delivered revenue

High performers in this role typically earn significantly higher than fixed salary through incentives.
