Team Leader B2B Sales (Engine Oil & Grease)

We are hiring a Team Leader B2B Sales with minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in the engine oil & grease industry .
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage B2B sales team
- Drive sales of engine oil & grease products
- Develop dealers, distributors & institutional clients
- Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
- Support negotiations and key customer handling
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Team Leader
- Experience in engine oil/grease B2B sales
- Strong leadership & team-handling skills
- Good market & channel knowledge
Salary: 30,000 40,000 per month
Location: Plot No. 436, Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Sector 18, Gurgaon
