Collegedunia is looking for an experienced Team Leader Sales & Counseling to manage and drive a team of educational counselors. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, confident in communication, and comfortable working from the office.

• Handle and manage a team of educational counselors
• Drive admissions and sales targets on a daily and monthly basis
• Monitor calls and provide regular feedback to improve conversions
• Conduct training, coaching, and daily performance tracking
• Ensure timely follow-ups and proper lead management
• Prepare reports and share updates with the reporting manager

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Educational Counseling
• Prior team handling experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Target-oriented mindset with leadership qualities
• Comfortable working from office only
• Candidates willing to commute to Sector 18, Gurugram must apply

• CTC: Up to 30,000 per month + incentives
• Salary hike based on last drawn salary and relevant experience
