In this role, you will:

Lead and inspire a team of Relationship Managers

Drive site visits, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures with strong ownership

Improve conversion ratios and overall team productivity

Ensure pipeline discipline, execution quality, and revenue focus

Coach the team to perform with confidence, consistency, and intent

Work closely with leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes

What were looking for:

Experience in real estate sales

Team handling and target management ability

Strong customer engagement and closure skills

High ownership, discipline, and leadership mindset

Immediate availability or short notice period preference
