• Lead, train & energize a team of dynamic sales executives
• Set and achieve monthly sales targets with smart planning

• Act as the bridge between management and the on-ground sales team

• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Minimum 23 years of sales/team-handling experience (real estate preferred)
