What Youll Do:
- Lead, train & energize a team of dynamic sales executives
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets with smart planning
- Monitor leads, ensure timely follow-ups & close deals effectively
- Bring fresh ideas for marketing and client engagement
- Act as the bridge between management and the on-ground sales team
What Were Looking For:
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Minimum 23 years of sales/team-handling experience (real estate preferred)
- A problem-solver with a result-driven attitude
