Job Description

· Should Identify ways through which efficiencies can be built in improving Sales via tele calling model.

· Excellent organizational skills, well versed with Team Handling skills, Problem-Solving, Expert in Health Domain will       be an added advantage.

· Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement

· Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weak nesses.

· Attrition management.

· Managing team size of 10 to 15 callers directly for tele sales.

· Excellent organizational skills, well versed with Team Handling skills, people management and Problem-Solving, Expert in Health Domain will be an added advantage.

· Strong working knowledge of the sales process and its best practices in Insurance Industry.

· Critical Thinker and concrete understanding of process improvements in Insurance Industry

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Ability to design effective sales programs.
