Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations and ensure process compliance

Monitor and improve key metrics: Attrition, AHT, Shrinkage, CSAT

Coach and mentor team members for performance improvement

Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business goals

What Were Looking For:

Any Graduate

Immediate Joiner

Minimum 25 years BPO experience in Domestic Voice Process

Strong leadership and analytical skills

Expertise in managing operational KPIs (Attrition, AHT, Shrinkage, CSAT)

Details:

Location: Bangalore (Smartworks)

Shift: MonSat, 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (Sunday off)

Salary: up to 4,50,000
