Job Summary

The B2B Telesales Team Leader is responsible for managing and driving the performance of the telesales team to achieve revenue and productivity targets. The role involves team supervision, coaching, performance monitoring, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions with business clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of B2B telesales executives
  • Assign daily/weekly targets and track individual and team performance
  • Drive outbound calling initiatives to acquire and retain B2B clients
  • Monitor call quality, sales pitch, and compliance with company processes
  • Coach and train team members on product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and team meetings
  • Ensure accurate CRM updates, lead management, and reporting
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams for lead flow and closures
  • Handle escalations from clients and support team in complex deal closures
  • Analyze MIS reports to identify gaps and improve conversion ratios
