Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead - HC with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and domain expertise in Accounts Receivables and Provider. This role requires working from the office during night shifts. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in managing and overseeing accounts receivables processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in handling provider accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to analyze financial data create reports and identify trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all accounts receivables activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to enhance productivity and quality of work.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members to improve their technical and domain skills.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce outstanding receivables and improve cash flow.
  • Handle escalated issues and provide solutions to complex problems related to accounts receivables.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions and communications with providers.
  • Participate in regular meetings with senior management to discuss progress and address any concerns.
  • Ensure the team meets all deadlines and targets set by the company.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to motivate team members.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Have in-depth knowledge and experience in accounts receivables processes and provider account management.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show strong leadership abilities and experience in managing a team.
  • Exhibit effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Certifications Required

    Certified Accounts Receivable Professional (CARP) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) in Excel
