Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead for our B&L division with 5 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in Consumer Lending Cards and Payments. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on day shifts and no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals in the B&L division to achieve project goals and deliverables.
  • Oversee the daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Provide technical expertise in MS Excel to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all project activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to motivate team members.
  • Utilize domain knowledge in Consumer Lending Cards and Payments to drive project success.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project status challenges and solutions.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Have a background in Consumer Lending Cards and Payments which is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Show proficiency in project management and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be adaptable to a hybrid work model with a focus on day shifts.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Show a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Be familiar with industry standards and best practices in the B&L domain.
