Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead for our B&L division with 5 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in Consumer Lending Cards and Payments. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on day shifts and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of professionals in the B&L division to achieve project goals and deliverables.Oversee the daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.Provide technical expertise in MS Excel to analyze data and generate insightful reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall productivity.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all project activities.Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and project outcomes.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to motivate team members.Utilize domain knowledge in Consumer Lending Cards and Payments to drive project success.Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project status challenges and solutions.Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.Have a background in Consumer Lending Cards and Payments which is highly desirable.Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills.Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Show proficiency in project management and the ability to meet deadlines.Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Be adaptable to a hybrid work model with a focus on day shifts.Have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience.Be committed to continuous learning and professional development.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Show a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Be familiar with industry standards and best practices in the B&L domain.
