Implementation Services
Job Description:
· Work directly with customers to implement the client platform by following client’s methodology.
· Becomes a trusted advisor to their clients during the Implementation Journey.
· Monitoring and tracking implementation services
· Identifying opportunities for improving customer satisfaction
· Sharing improvement ideas
· People and project management
· Reporting and presenting data as per client requirement
· Managing multiple client implementations at the same time.
· Escalating delays in response from both client and internal teams to relevant stakeholders.
· Working in strict adherence towards implementation goals and timelines.
Experience:
· 5+ years' experience in project management of projects that run into months
· Experienced in implementation lifecycle of complex SaaS products.
· Ability to handle ambiguous requests
· Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
· Willingness and desire to learn and adopt new skills - both technical and non-technical
· Be proactive and identify opportunities for improvement
· Excellent and impeccable communication and persuasion skills to interact with several internal teams and clients at the same time.
· Ability to understand Liveramp as a product in the Ad-Tech ecosystem.
· Proficient in email communication and scheduling/ leading meetings independently.
· Excellent follow-up skills.
· Candidate should have ideally worked for a SaaS product company, preferably in the ad-tech space. Desirable skill.
Education:
· Any graduation

Softskills:
· C1 level language proficiency on CEFR Scale.
· Excellent presentation skills
· Problem solving
Ad-tech skills:
· Desirable: Extensive knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem - Campaign management/Optimization, SSP/DSP, Ad Servers and Publishers
Technical skills:
· Desirable: Advanced skills in SQL, Salesforce (SFDC), Jira, Rails database
Data Analysis:
· Advanced skills in MS Excel, Google Sheets and Tableau
Client management:
· Experienced in client relationship management, Escalation management
Project management:
· Excellent Knowledge in quality tools tools (Six sigma-Green belt, PMP/Prince-2), Understanding of Gantt charts, MS Projects.
People management:
· NA
