Job Summary
Oversee and manage an operations team of data evaluators
Overall responsibility for delivering of operations for team including workflow scheduling quality productivity policy adherence
Manage and coach associates individuals and team performance against expected productivity metrics and targets
Manage team shrinkage attrition within the set target
Drive consistencies across the entire market in conjunction with other team leads
Responsibilities
Reviewing working practices and processes and implementing improvements in order to improve productivity service levels and user experience
Driving team motivation to exceed targets
Coachingdeveloping the associates who are direct reportees
Handling or raising escalations as appropriate with Google Management team
Liaising with global teams and management as appropriate
Overseeing and supporting changes to services policies procedures resources and facilities in order to positively and flexibly meet business requirements
