Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead for our Life and Annuities Insurance division with 6 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Office and domain expertise in New Business Life and Annuities Insurance. This role involves leading a team to ensure efficient operations and delivering high-quality results.


Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals in the Life and Annuities Insurance division to achieve operational excellence.
  • Oversee the processing of new business applications and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of team activities and performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress challenges and opportunities.
  • Facilitate training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Life and Annuities Insurance products and regulations.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create reports presentations and documentation.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to drive success.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Life and Annuities Insurance.
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills in MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
  • Have domain expertise in New Business processes within the insurance industry.
  • Exhibit excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Show proficiency in analyzing data and generating actionable insights.
  • Display effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Have a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.
